Educational Qualification:

1. Gliding Instructor - 10 Plus 2 with Physics and Mathematics + (A) Two hundred hours of experience on glider as a Pilot in command of which fifty hours in dual instructional flying as Instructor

2. Civil Hydrographic Officer - Degree in Engineering or Masters Degree in Mathematics or Geography or Geophysics OR Pass in final examination of the Institution of Surveyors in Sub-Division 1(b) Hydrographic surveying.

3. Specialist Grade-III (Tuberculosis) - A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or part II of the Third schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in the Part II of Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).

4. Assistant Professor (Mechanical Engineering) - First Class Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

5. Professor (Technical) (Computer Science and Engineering) - Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology and Master of Engineering/Master of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or Master of Engineering/Master of Technology and Ph.D. or equivalent in Computer Science and Engineering.

6. Associate Professor (Technical) (Computer Science and Engineering) - Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology and Master of Engineering/Master of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or Master of Engineering/Master of Technology and Ph.D. or equivalent in Computer Science and Engineering.

7. Assistant Professor (Technical) (Computer Science and Engineering) - Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology and Master of Engineering/Master of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or Master of Engineering/Master of Technology from a recognized University.

8. Assistant Professor (Technical) (ECE) - Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology and Master of Engineering/Master of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or Master of Engineering/Master of Technology from a recognized University.

Age Limit: (As on 14.12.2017)

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 - 38 Years), (For Post 2 - 30 years), (For Post 3 -40 Years), (For Post 5, 7, 8 - 35 years), (For Post 6 -50 Years), (For Post7 - 55 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Pay Scale:

1. Gliding Instructor - Rs.9300-34800 plus Grade Pay of Rs.5400 pre-revised

2. Civil Hydrographic Officer - Rs. 9300-34800 plus Rs.4600/-

3. Specialist Grade-III (Tuberculosis) - Rs.15, 600-39,100/- with Grade Pay Rs.6600/-

4. Assistant Professor (Mechanical Engineering) - Rs. 15,600-39,100 (PB-3) plus Rs. 6,000/-

5. Professor (Technical) (Computer Science and Engineering) - Rs. 37400-67000 ( PB-4) plus Rs. 10, 000/-

6. Associate Professor (Technical) (Computer Science and Engineering) - Rs. 37400-67000 (PB-4) plus Rs. 9, 000/-

7. Assistant Professor (Technical) (Computer Science and Engineering) - Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3) plus Rs. 6,000/-
